Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping

We ship to Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Israel. Orders of $80 or more (before discounts) ship free; below that, standard shipping costs $6 and express $14, shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. Orders to the UK, US and Canada include all import duties and taxes. Orders leave within 2 working days.

If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us as soon as you can, ideally with a photo, and we'll replace or refund it. This doesn't limit your legal guarantee.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

You can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it. If you ordered several items that arrive separately, the 14 days start when you receive the last one. To cancel, send us a clear statement, for example by email to hello@orrin.example, or use the model form below. To meet the deadline, it's enough to send your notice before the 14 days end. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.

Exception: for hygiene reasons, face oil with a broken seal is not covered by the legal withdrawal right. Our extended 30-day promise below still covers it.

Refunds

We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait until we've received the goods back (or proof you've sent them). We refund to the original payment method, free of charge. You pay the return shipping unless we say otherwise, and you're only responsible for loss of value caused by handling beyond what's needed to see whether the product is right for you.

Our longer promise: 30 days to return, even if opened. If a product doesn't suit you, we refund it.
