Concept site: KAIRO Energy B.V. is fictional, and the company details are placeholders (addresses and emails use the reserved .example domain). On a real site, every page is filled with the real business details and reviewed by a lawyer in the business's country.

Shipping

We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal and Italy. Standard delivery (2–4 working days) is free; next-day delivery costs €6 and is shown before you pay. Where your country has a can deposit, it is shown as a separate line at checkout.

If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us as soon as you can, ideally with a photo, and we'll replace or refund it. This doesn't limit your legal guarantee.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

You can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it. If you ordered several items that arrive separately, the 14 days start when you receive the last one. To cancel, send us a clear statement, for example by email to hello@kairo.example, or use the model form below. To meet the deadline, it's enough to send your notice before the 14 days end. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.

Exception: because they're food, we can't take back cans that have been opened. Unopened cans can be returned.

Refunds

We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait until we've received the goods back (or proof you've sent them). We refund to the original payment method, free of charge. You pay the return shipping unless we say otherwise, and you're only responsible for loss of value caused by handling beyond what's needed to see whether the product is right for you.

Subscriptions: each delivery can be returned the same way, and you can cancel the subscription itself online at any time on the Cancel your subscription page.
