These terms apply to this website, to viewings and test drives, and to buying a car from us. The purchase agreement you sign for a car comes first if anything differs.

1. Who we are

ONYX Motor House LLC, 100 Example Avenue, Miami, FL 33137, USA, a licensed Florida motor vehicle dealer (see the Legal notice). Email: hello@onyxmotorhouse.example.

2. Cars and prices

Every car is used and sold one at a time, so it can sell before the website updates. Prices are in US dollars and do not include Florida sales tax (6% plus any county surtax), title and registration fees, or a dealer fee, which we always show in writing before you sign. If we list a price or a detail by mistake, we will correct it before you buy.

3. Viewings and test drives

Viewings are free and you are under no obligation to buy. For a test drive you must be 25 or over and show a valid driving licence; one of our team rides with you and our insurance covers the drive. We may decline a test drive for safety reasons.

4. Holding a car

A $5,000 deposit takes a car off sale for 7 days. If you decide not to buy within those 7 days, we refund it in full to the card you paid with. If you buy, it is taken off the price.

5. Buying a car

The sale is made when we both sign the purchase agreement. As federal law requires (FTC Used Car Rule), every car shows a Buyers Guide saying whether it is sold with a warranty or "as is". You receive the independent inspection report and the service history before you sign. Florida law gives no general cooling-off period for car purchases, so please read the agreement before you sign it.

6. Financing

We introduce you to lenders; we do not lend money ourselves. The lender decides on your application and gives you the loan terms and the disclosures required by the Truth in Lending Act. Monthly figures on this website are examples only, not offers.

7. Trade-ins

A trade-in value we give you is valid for 7 days and depends on the car matching the description and photos you sent.

8. Delivery

We deliver in a closed, insured transporter. The car is at our risk until it is handed to you and you sign the delivery receipt.

9. This website

Photos and films show the car offered; small marks are described in the inspection report. Car makers' names and models are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the cars; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer.

10. Law and disputes
